Over the last few years, plenty of tech giants such as Amazon, Google and Apple have all carved out spaces in the music streaming industry. Suddenly the rumors that tech magnate Elon Musk’s interest in creating a Tesla Music Streaming Service doesn’t sound so far fetched does it?
Speculation was fueled even further thanks to a software update within Tesla that introduced a new client for a new streaming service “Ttunes” which was discovered by a credible Tesla tinkerer. According to the source, who goes by ‘Green,’ the code can be found on all of the company’s vehicles.
Unfortunately, Elon Musk has since addressed “Ttunes” with a simple tweet dubbing it a ‘joke.’ That being said, it’s important to note that he specifically referred to “Ttunes” within Tesla as a joke without directly addressing any music streaming service – in development or not.
Tesla does not really have "TTunes". That's a joke.

Music industry sources have confirmed however that Tesla has been in licensing talks so perhaps a Tesla music streaming service might not be too far off.
